My Journey
My journey into user research and instructional design began with a fascination for how people interact with technology. I completed a Masters-level program in UI/UX and Interaction design in June 2024 and gained hands-on experience in applying qualitative and quantitative research methods, user interviews, usability testing, data analysis, gamification, adult learning principles and curriculum development.
I am committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and tools in the field of UX and UI.

Approach & Philosophy
My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaborative teamwork. Whether it’s through conducting detailed user interviews, analyzing user data or collaborating with cross-functional teams, I strive to uncover insights that drive impactful design decisions. I also aim to create user centric solutions that are not only impactful, but also accessible and inclusive.
Professional Background
My professional background is a blend of diverse experiences that have shaped my approach toward user research and instructional design. In 2019, I completed a UI bootcamp at Brainstation and I was able to develop in-depth knowledge of user interface design principles, prototyping, wire framing and iteration through this program.
I also have over five years of experience working in various operations roles within the field of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. My work mainly involved generating insights and creating reports that informed recruiting decisions. These skills have proven invaluable in my transition to user research and instructional design and have enabled me to approach problems with a data-driven mindset and to uncover meaningful patterns in human behavior.
