The Problem

As adults age, cognitive decline may occur in areas of memory, attention, flexibility and problem-solving. Cognitive decline in these areas can impact quality of life and daily functioning. Although various brain training apps and programs currently exist, many that are available lack engagement and may not specifically serve the unique needs of older adults. An interactive, user friendly tool that can help older adults maintain and improve their cognitive abilities in an enjoyable and motivating way is needed.

The Solution

DinoBrain, an education-based game is designed to address this challenge by offering a fun and accessible approach to cognitive training through a series of targeted exercises. This game offers user-friendly navigation and game elements that are tailored to older adults, that helps improve cognitive function and also enhances motivation to engage in consistent mental exercises.
